Flash and multimedia production

Flash is a format primarily used for web application. It can make presentations appear much more dynamic, drastically decrease loading times and is a preferred method of displaying audio and video content online.

Our expert staff are able to develop a range of multimedia materials including flash to use for teaching, presentation purposes, and for integration into MUSO. We will discuss, plan and work with you to achieve your results in an efficient and clear way.

Flash requires the free Flashplayer program to enable it to be viewed. Most computers have Flashplayer installed, however it can be downloaded from www.adobe.com.

Format conversion

Multimedia can convert most types of video media to a format that will suit you. A few common examples include:

• Converting a miniDV tape to a DVD
• Converting a VHS tape to DVD
• Re-encoding a Mac video file to play more easily on a PC
• Reducing file size for web delivery
• Capturing a VHS or miniDV tape to edit on a computer

When you are requesting a conversion of any type, please provide us with the original version of the medium, rather than a duplicated copy, as this will maintain the highest quality for final output.
