New Port Installations, Activations and DeactivationsITM does not perform new port installations, activations or deactivations; however we can liase with Monash ITS to have a new port installed. Please note that each active port incurs a tariff from ITS. More information can be found on the ITS Networks Tariff page. Please also note that new port installations and activations can take up to 15 working days to be completed, so please be sure to plan ahead if you are going to be moving offices. To have a new voice or data point installed or a point activated or deactivated, you can either use the ITS Service Installations and Changes page, or you can log a job with IT Service and Support Jobdesk.
