Medicine Technology Services Group alternative contacts during upcoming IT service interruption

Due to the upcoming major IT service interruption that will occur later this week, Medicine TSG has provided the following contact mechanisms to minimise the effect of the interruption on faculty staff.

When

12 noon, Friday 10 July to 12 noon, Monday 13 July (inclusive)
Why The IT service interruption is due to a major power upgrade to the University's data centre
TSG areas effected Desktop Services, Multimedia Services, Web Technology Services, System and Application Development Services and Infrastructure and Major IT Projects.
TSG services effected All services will be effected. Jobdesk will be unavailable throughout the interruption. Please plan ahead and contact the individual TSG areas to confirm whether the services you require will be available.

The following alternative contact arrangements will be provided to facilitate client communication during the service interruption.
