Evaluation of Laparoscopic Procedures

Summary

Studies evaluating laparoscopic surgical procedure, are supervised by Professor Paul O'Brien. These studies look at the safety, effectiveness and long term outcome of these procedures. A number of clinical trials are under way, particularly in relation to the laparoscopically-placed, adjustable gastric band for morbid obesity.
