Monash University Department of Rural and Indigenous Health Short CoursesAt MUDRIH we are committed to providing accessible high quality continuing education for rural health professionals. Our courses are designed to be suitable for allied health professionals, nurses, doctors and paramedics. All short courses will be presented by lecturers from Department of Rural and Indigenous Health. Proposed topics vary from time to time depending on demand and are designed to respond to continuing education needs of Gippsland rural health professionals. Upcoming CoursesContact Return to StudyThis three hour course will cover the practicalities of post graduate study for working health professionals. Evidence Based Practice for Health ProfessionalsThis four-hour short course will provide a practical on-line workshop in a step by step literature review using on-line data bases. Research for Health ProfessionalsThis popular 10 hour course was offered in 2008. It is designed to provide step-by-step, easy to follow guidelines for carrying out health care research. Short courses in Interprofessional learningShort courses exploring Interprofessional Learning will be offered in 2009.
