Method of Levels -a one-day workshop.
- MUDRIH invites Gippsland-based mental health professionals to a one-day workshop on 7 July 2014 looking at the use of the Method of Levels. This is a flexible, effective and efficient transdiagnostic cognitive therapy informed by the principles of perceptual control theory.
