I am interested in MBCT training

Southern Synergy provides comprehensive training in the instruction of MBCT group therapy to prepare clinicians to provide this therapy in the community. The next MBCT course is expected to commence in the second half of 2009. The course involves attending one 2-hour session per week for 8 weeks plus a 4-day retreat. Homework exercises from the 8-week course involve 45 mins to 1 hour per day. Dates are still to be finalised, but tentative dates are for the 8 week course to commence mid August 2009 and the retreat to take place from Thursday 12th November to Sunday 15th November. These dates should be finalised by the end of 2008.
