How to become an Organisational PsychologistTo become an Organisational Psychologist you must complete a four year sequence in psychology. That is an undergraduate degree with either a Post-graduate Diploma or Honours qualification. Furthermore you need to complete a post-graduate degree in Organisational Psychology, such as a Master of Organisational Psychology or Doctor of Psychology in Organisational Psychology Organisational Psychology Colloquia SeriesOrganisational Psychology staff and students at Monash University have a colloquia series. The goal of conducting these colloquia is to provide means of professional development and information sharing between researchers, practicing consultants and students in the area of Organisational Psychology.
