Dr Elisabeth Wilson-Evered
Project Manager and Chief Investigator
Elisabeth has been project manager and chief investigator for the projects undertaken by the group, since its inception in 2004. For details of Elisabeth's qualifications and relevant experience please see her biography.
Dr Emily Novatsis
Project Coordinator
Emily is a registered psychologist and has worked as a business consultant for the past 5 years. She has managed and contributed to projects involving talent acquisition, training and development, performance management and succession management for a range of public and private organisations. Emily has previously designed, implemented and evaluated leadership development and talent programs as well as had experience in all phases of assessment design and implementation. Emily's primary research interests include safety culture and facilitating culture change in organisations.
Ms Yvette Bryant
Project Coordinator
Yvette is currently completing a Doctorate of Psychology (Organisational). Together with Fiona, she has coordinated the multidisciplinary teams' research project since 2004. This has included developing research tools, liaising with health care team members, and engaging whole teams in the research process (often a very challenging assignment). Yvette's primary research interests include affective climate and leadership.
Ms Fiona Page
Project Coordinator
Fiona is currently completing a Doctorate of Psychology (Organisational). Together with Yvette, she has coordinated the multidisciplinary teams' research project since 2004. This has included developing research tools, liaising with health care team members, and engaging whole teams in the research process (often a very challenging assignment). Fiona's primary research interests include positive psychology and shared leadership.
Mr Wolfgang Wittwer
Project Officer
Wolfgang has over 6 years experience as a consultant in the area of leadership assessment and development. Wolf's knowledge of leadership assessment tools and practices is highly regarded in the industry. He is now keen to combine his consultant skills with his academic mind to develop high quality leaders and pursue research into leadership competency and effectiveness.
