Strategic Outlook
We take a holistic and strategic approach to our work. We consider the broader current and future implications of our research and interventions for our clients, our profession and the wider community.

Client Focus
We provide superior quality and timely delivery of services to our clients. We ensure shared understandings with our clients through clear contracts, regular communication and progress reviews, management of expectations, and a flexible approach.

Quality and Excellence
We foster a climate of continuous improvement, conducting quality audits and peer reviews. We adhere to the highest professional standards in all we do by maintaining rigorous work processes, practices and outcomes. We implement systematic project management frameworks and stringent academic research methodologies in performing our work.

Teamwork and Collaboration
We work together to create a working environment that is consultative, collegiate, supportive, inclusive and satisfying for all team members. We meet regularly (both formally and informally) to build the team and enhance our problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making capabilities and are open to ideas and constructive feedback. We collaborate externally where necessary, to gain additional insights and contributions.

Respect, Diversity and Equal Opportunity We respect, encourage and welcome each other's individuality and diversity of ideas, experiences and contributions. We treat each other with fairness, ensure a work environment where staff feel safe, and ensure equality of opportunities for all.

Ongoing Professional Development
We actively seek and embrace individual development and build on existing leadership talent, skills, knowledge and capabilities by leveraging off the skills, abilities and experiences of each other. We take responsibility for our own professional development by communicating our desires for developmental experiences. We recognise and are responsive to other's developmental needs and afford equality of opportunities for all.
