There are currently no jobs advertised in the OPRG however we are continually looking for enthusiastic, research minded and business savvy individuals to join our team of project officers. As a project officer you can expect to be exposed to a number of areas in Organisational Psychology. Current projects include:
- Research into Teams in the Health Care setting
- Leadership Talent Identification and Development
- Succession Management Strategies

Student Placement Opportunities (Position Description pdf 61kb)
OPRG offers placement opportunities to post graduate Organisational Psychology students and fourth year psychology students.
Placement students in OPRG can be exposed to a variety of tasks and experiences. We endeavour to give students a discreet project so that they may have a sense of achievement at its completion. Areas in which placement students could gain experience include:
- Job analysis
- Psychometric and behavioural assessment
- Leadership development
- Performance management
