The Organisational Psychology Research Group (OPRG) undertakes leading edge organisational research and provides services to industry that are developed from, and lead to, advances in academic knowledge.

OPRG forms part of School of Psychology, Psychiatry and Psychological Medicine within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University and is based at the Caulfield Campus, Melbourne.
