Kate Hoy - Research Fellow
Kate Hoy
Dr Kate Hoy is currently employed as a Clinical Research Fellow/Neuropsychologist in the Brain Imaging and Neurostimulation Stream at APRC. She has studied/work with the centre since 2002 and graduated from the degree of Doctor of Clinical Neuropsychology in 2007 before taking up her current position. Her doctoral research investigated motor overflow as a functional correlate of deficient inhibition in schizophrenia. Kate currently co-ordinates a number of clinical research trials, and is the principal investigator on a project looking at improving the efficacy of TMS for patients with depression. Additionally, she currently co-supervises Honours and Doctoral students.
