School Appointments

Many Appointments require a lead time of 8-12 weeks due to University approvals processes.

Please ensure you provide all relevant details with the original paperwork to minimise delays.

Affiliate

  • For short term (<12 months) unpaid association with SPPPM, requiring electronic access to SPPPM facilities.
  • Apply by downloading the "ID card application (unpaid staff)" form here.  Email that completed form, together with a 1 paragraph justification for the appointment to hr.spppm@med.monash.edu.au

Honorary

  • For unpaid staff who collaborate with SPPPM on research, teaching and clinical placement or research supervision, with an expectation that this relationship will last 12-36+ months.
  • Apply by emailing cpservices.spppm@med.monash.edu.au attaching the applicant's cv and advising the proposed appointment level.  You will be sent the appropriate honorary applications forms for the applicant and their nominee to complete.

Casual / Sessional

Visiting Academic

  • For external eminent academics (usually from overseas) invited to SPPPM who will participate in research, seminars, conferences or who may present an occasional lecture.
  • Apply by emailing hr.spppm@med.monash.edu.au
