Call for Papers

The Conference Organising Committee is pleased to invite submission of abstracts for oral presentations at the ENERGI 2009 Conference. Upon acceptance of abstracts, participants also have the option of submitting a full paper for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.

ENERGI 2009 will be awarding three prizes to students in recognition of their work.

Abstracts should not exceed 250 words. Submission of abstracts is invited from 1 April 2009.

• The deadline for submission of abstracts is 29^th June 2009.
• Notification of acceptance of the abstract will be emailed or posted by 20^th July 2009. 
• Submission of full papers deadline is 31^st August 2009.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book.

• Please note abstracts that do not conform to this format will not be accepted. 

Abstracts should include the following: Author/s details:

• Full Name
• Postal Address
• Email
• Telephone
• University/Organisation
• Course Undertaken
• Title of Paper
• Complete name and mailing address of the student who will make the presentation.

All presenters must register and pay in full the conference registration fee before the early registration deadline, to ensure inclusion in the final program.
