Instructions to authors

Abstract Guidelines

1. Abstracts must be submitted electronically as an attachment to an email by submission closing date to energi.sphc@med.monash.edu.au
   
   
2. The abstract must be provided using the abstract submission template
   
   
• Margins of 2.5cm top; 1.5cm bottom; 2.5cm left and 2.5cm right
• Font – Ariel
• Font size – 10 point
• Line spacing – Single spacing
• Tables and figures will not be accepted
  
  
3. The abstract should be informative but concise and must not be more than 250 words in length. Use the following structure: Background, Aims, Method, Results, Conclusion, Possible Applications or Implications
   
   
4. Please include name and organisations of all authors and supervisors
   
   
5. Presenting author must also include a brief biography of 30 words and also provide the following information – job title, organisation, address and contact phone/fax numbers.
