Chinese and Australian Conceptualisations of Healthy Ageing
Professor Browning is leading an international collaborative study program with colleagues from Monash University, Peking University, China Capital Medical University and Sichuan University to study community conceptualizations of healthy ageing. The purpose of this work is to develop international definitions of healthy ageing and to develop tools to audit policies and programs with respect to whether they are consistent with healthy ageing concepts and principles. This work builds upon earlier work funded by the Victorian Department of Human Services.
