Beijing Changping Hospital

Beijing Changping Hospital’s origin, Changping County People’ Medical Commune, was established in 1946 and was renamed as Changping County Health Institute. It was renamed again in 1960 as Changping County Hospital. Now is called Changping Hospital.

Changping Hospital was governed by Beijing Changping Health Bureau. It is the comprehensive hospital with longest history and largest scale in Changping District, and also the centre of medicine, ambulance, research, education and prevention in the district. It covers the medical and ambulance affair for more than 400,000 residents in the district; undertakes the education practice for Beijing High Education College and Changping Health College; undertakes supervision and skills training for all county health clinics; undertakes health care affairs for large events, such as health care for Asian Games Bicycles Racing; undertakes the health check for university entrance examination every year; carry out the tasks required by superordinate or district government.
