Evidence-based care of people with dementia

Dementia is a serious health problem for older Australians and their families. General Practitioners play a central role in the management of dementia.

This project aims to support GPs in improving the general practice based care of people withdementia, and so improve their quality of life by implementing an evidence-based guideline for dementia care. This project is being led by the Australasian Cochrane Centre in collaboration with our Unit.
