Profile

Louise Oliaro, B.A. (Monash), BSW (Monash), MSW (Monash), is an experienced practitioner and manager.  She worked for the Victorian Department of Human Services as a child protection worker and manager for almost 10 years before establishing a private practice focusing on family therapy and work with adolescents.  Ms Oliaro is currently enrolled as a PhD student undertaking research on the comparison between On-Campus and Distance Education in social work learning.  Over the past five years Ms Oliaro has undertaken various roles within the university, including teaching family work and skills.
