Medical Scientist - Head of Microbiology Department - Gribbles pathology

Peter’s career as a medical scientist in pathology has taken him all over the world. He has worked in Europe, the Middle East and South Africa, switching between both public and private sectors.

Currently, Peter is employed as Head of Department of Microbiology at Gribbles pathology in Melbourne. He supervises over 70 staff, and oversees a number of groups within the department.

Peter completed a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in Microbiology and Haematology. He also studied for his MBA and finished a Diploma in training.

“With a biomedical science degree, the world is your oyster. You can take it anywhere”, says Peter.
