Purchase to Payment Services Team

The Purchase to Payment (P2P) Hub comprises of a Purchasing Services Team, Accounts Payable Team and a Support Team. The Purchasing Services Team is your first point of contact for all purchasing matters including:

Assistance with supplier selection
Ordering and receipting of goods and services (including contractor agreements)
Management of stores facilities and inventories
Acquisition, disposal and stocktake of assets
Petty cash
Credit card acquittals
Assistance with cash advances and expense claims
GST and Fringe Benefits Tax advice
