Research is a core activity of the Southern Clinical School. The opportunity to perform cutting-edge bioscientific research in a teaching hospital context, providing contact with clinical researchers and with clinicians and other health workers, is an unique one. Our status in national and international research arenas is supported by our record of publications, invited addresses, and funding from national and international competitive grant bodies.
