How can I change my spam filter settings?Changes can be made to your spam setings at at https://messanging.its.monash.edu.au/mail/filter The default setting is 5 stars and filter to Spam-30 folder.
If you want strict filtering (more messages filtered to your nominated spam folder), set the Star Rating to a number smaller than 5. If you want lenient filtering (more messages delivered to your Inbox) then set the Star Rating to a number higher than 5. Messages in Spam-30 are automatically deleted after they have been there 30 days. Spam-7 and Spam-60 work similarly, for 7 and 60 days respectively.
