Psych: Graduate Diploma in Psychology

Do you already have a degree and want to study psychology?

The Graduate Diploma in Psychology offers graduates a major in psychology which is accredited by the Australian Psychological Accreditation Council (APAC), and permits them to undertake the further training needed to obtain professional qualifications in psychology. By providing knowledge of the major fields in psychology, the Graduate Diploma assists graduate students in making a career change or in determining how psychology may be used in their existing professions.

Students who complete the Graduate Diploma in Psychology program who go on to complete an Honours year in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology or other accredited fourth-year psychology program may apply to proceed with the further training and study required to practice as a fully registered psychologist.
