Psych: Psychology Honours

The Honours year introduces students to the theoretical and methodological aspects of research through a research project supervised by an academic staff member; and to introduce students to wider issues in the practise and science of psychology.

The Psychology Honours program is offered to students who have completed an Australian Psychological Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited psychology major sequence. Admission to the Honours year is determined by academic merit. The minimum requirement is a distinction average (70%) in the four core 3rd year Psychology units. The recent cut off has been between 75-80%.
