First Year EntryPrerequisites / recommendedVCE Units 3 and 4 with a study score of at least 35 in English (ESL) OR 30 in any other English, and a study score of at least 30 in Chemistry (or equivalent year 12 studies) are prerequisites. VCE Units 3 and 4 in Biology are recommended. International Baccalaureate subject prerequisitesEnglish and Chemistry at a minimum of four at higher level or five at standard level. School leavers (CY12)ENTER (TER), VTAC application and completion of a Monash Nutrition and Dietetics supplementary information form. All current year 12 student applicants must complete and submit the online Monash University Supplementary Information Form (www.adm.monash.edu.au/admissions/vtac) by 2nd January 2009. Applicants must indicate they have listed this course as a VTAC preference and complete the required questions. Non-school leavers (NONY12)Applicants presenting with either partially or fully completed tertiary qualifications will be considered for entry. VTAC application and completion of a Monash Nutrition and Dietetics supplementary information form is required. An applicant's entire academic record will be taken into account and short-listed applicants will be required for interview in early December 2008. Applicants must complete and submit the online Monash University Supplementary Information Form (www.adm.monash.edu.au/admissions/vtac) by 7 November 2008. Please note that ‘Non-school leavers’ criteria applies to all current Monash students except that current Monash students will apply directly to the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics by completing a Monash Course Transfer Application form and a supplementary form by 7 November 2008.Current Monash students are NOT required to apply through VTAC. International studentsAll international students must complete a Monash Nutrition and Dietetics supplementary application form with their Monash admission application, and submit it to Monash International Admissions Centre. Non School Leaver International students are NOT required to attend an interview EXCEPT for Graduate Entry applicants applying to gain a place from Year 3 of the Nutrition and Dietetics Course at Monash.
