Congratulations - Joanna Briggs Institute
A formal congratulations has been awarded to Dr Hanan Khalil by the Joanna Briggs Institute for leading the establishment of the Centre for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) in Australia. The work of the CDM is the result of collaboration between Monash University’s School of Rural Health through the Department of Rural and Indigenous Health and the Monash School of Nursing and Midwifery who partner with Latrobe Regional Hospital and Latrobe Community Health Service. This collaboration brings a wealth of research experience in chronic disease management to ensure that evidence can be implemented at the point of care. Last year the CDM was the recipient of the JBI evidence transfer international award for the development of the node.
