Postgraduate and Honours Research Opportunities

INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

Postgraduate and Honours degrees are undertaken with full-time researchers at MISCL. Applicants should firstly peruse the research project outlines (above) and then contact the relevant project supervisors for further information. Students, who wish to study within MISCL, will be required to formally enrol within a Monash University Department.  General prospective Research Student Application Information can be viewed at http://www.med.monash.edu.au/pgrad/forms/. Prospective Honours students are also required to submit to MISCL (MISCL Reception), an expression of interest form (further details below).

ENROLMENT DETAILS

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)  & Doctor of Medicine (MD): For Domestic Students, applicants should contact the Monash Research Graduate School for forms and further information. For International Students, applications are made directly to the University and can be made online via International Recruitment Services. 
• Masters of Science (M.Sc) degree: Enrolment is directly through the Faculty of Science
• M.Reprod.Sci degree: Enrolment is through the Education Program in Reproductive Development
• Master of Biomedical Science (M.B.S. Part 1 $ 2). Enrolment is through the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences
• Honours degree (Hons): Enrolment available in either:
    - Bachelor of Science (B.Sci) or
    - Bachelor of Biomedical Science (B.Biomed.Sci).
  Applicants must also complete and submit the MISCL form:
    - MISCL Honours Expression of Interest Form 2009 (Word doc)
