Qualifications: BSc (Monash&Deakin) Grad Dip Diet(Deakin)

Evelyn worked for many years as a clinical dietitian at the Royal Children’s Hospital before undertaking this teaching role and have a wide range of experiences. She has a particular interest in breastfeeding and has qualified as a lactation consultant. Her work interests include optimal nutrition for infants and children and nutrition management of cystic fibrosis. She has presented widely at many meetings.

Evelyn’s teaching work not only includes undergraduates from Monash University but medical students, nursing students and dietitians. She also co-ordinates a course through the Nutrition Dept at RCH for qualified dietitians who wish to further their paediatric knowledge.
