Clinical Teaching Programs Monash University

Clinical Teaching Programs is a vibrant hub of teaching.
The coordination of teaching Monash University’s academic ‘Monash Bio Medical Sciences’ (MBBS) program for students is undertaken by the School, with the program covering all units in every specialist medical and surgical discipline. An association with hospitals enables the effective placement and training of medical students as they undertake learning in real life environments, driving their ability and know-how as they work to become doctors. The Clinical Teaching Programs Unit within the Southern Clinical School, prides itself on providing a holistic structured program that includes; lectures and tutorial programs, patient and themed based learning, bedside skills and ‘Observe Structural Clinical Exams’ (OSCE), all in a supportive learning environment.
