  • Indoor environmental allergen exposure and asthma in a cohort of young adults (collaborative with Departments of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine and Respiratory Medicine).
  • The relationship between foods, micronutrients and the prevalence of asthma among young adults (collaborative with the Departments of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine and Respiratory Medicine).
  • A study of EBV-related lymphoproliferative disorder post solid organ transplantation. (collaborative with D Moss, Queensland Institute of Medical Research, and the Lung Transplantation Unit, Alfred Hospital and T Williams, Department of Respiratory Medicine, Alfred Hospital).
  • A study of exercise-induced asthma in elite athletes. (Collaborative with Prof Sandra Anderson, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney).

  • Peptide inhibition of T cell responses to rye grass pollen allergens.
  • Human T cell responses to the major allergen of Bermuda (couch) grass and mechanisms of effective allergen immunotherapy.
  • Molecular basis of IgE-recognition of natural and recombinant grass pollen allergens.
  • Immunological and molecular characterisation of peanut and cross-reactive nut allergens.
