By now you'll have a good sense of where you're going and how you're going to get there. You've submitted your Learning Agreement and are getting down to the business of achieving your goals! 
Continue to discuss your learning needs with your Field Educator and raise any concerns or questions. 
Has there been an agreement regarding the Population Health project?

Contact the CBP Academic Convenor if you have ANY questions relating to the completion of your placement.
You will also have been assigned an Academic Advisor.  This is a member of the faculty who will be in contact with your Field Educator to arrange a site visit.
