Research opportunities
Your research project need not be limited to the formal proposals published on the Bachelor of Medical Science web site. Bendigo provides opportunities in a wide range of fields, for example:

If you have a research proposal or particular interest you would like to pursue, contact the Bendigo Regional Clinical School Bachelor of Medical Science Coordinator, Associate Professor Pamela Snow. Associate Professor Snow can help you assess the feasibility of the proposal and create a local supervision team. For Bendigo projects, Associate Professor Snow is available to be the Principle Supervisor, providing support with academic writing, methodological matters, ethics applications, and the administrative aspects of your project. Other School of Rural Health research staff at the Bendigo Regional Clinical School are also available to supervise student projects.

Library support
Bendigo Regional Clinical School houses the Bendigo Health library at its Mercy St premises. The library is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Monash students have assess via swipe card to the library after hours. The Bendigo Health librarian is available during the library's open hours to assist students. As a Monash student you of course have continued access to the university library and data-bases through MUSO.
Associate Professor Snow normally conducts a two-day Research Methods intensive workshop at the end of November. You will be advised of those dates in due course.
