Dr Daryl Jones is an advanced trainee in Intensive Care Medicine and has been practicing as a doctor for the last 10 years. He is the inaugural Senior Research Fellow for the newly formed Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Research Centre and is currently undertaking an MD investigating the role of the medical emergency team in the management of acutely unwell hospital patients.

His research interests include the medical emergency team, assessment of systolic pressure variation and pulse contour cardiac output analysis in ICU patients, and the serotnin syndrome.
