Emma Frean

Project Manager

BA (Hons), MPH


Emma graduated from the University of Sydney with Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Master of Public Health degrees. During her postgraduate studies, Emma volunteered with the Australian League of Immigration Volunteers (ALIV) and Oxfam Australia.

Emma's main interests are in global health governance and chronic disease prevention. Presently, she holds positions as Project Manager for the Monash Initiative for Global Health Improvement and as the Executive Officer for the Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health. In her spare time, Emma volunteers with the Centre for Education and Research in Environmental Strategies.
