Course Materials and Computer Requirements
Each course is delivered on CD ROM.
All content and core readings are contained on the CD ROM, together with relevant Internet links, presentations and audio visual information and email links and contact details for your supervisors. The CD ROM has been successfully installed by many students and is an easy, well described process.
Hardware and Software requirements
To access the course materials you will need a personal computer running Windows 95, MS Office and a web browser. It is also necessary to have Internet access via an Internet service provider of your choice. Minimum hardware requirements are: 133 megahertz or higher Pentium, 2 gigabytes or higher hard disk, minimum 16 megabytes of RAM (32 megabytes recommended), monitor - 800 x 600 at 65,000 colors, 28.8 modem or better, sound card and CD ROM facility.
