Adding to /editing PDF forms
NOTE: You MUST have the Acrobat application to do this (not Reader)
- Use the Notes Tool on left column in Acrobat application (not
Reader)

- Click Notes Tool icon above and hold till you can choose the
T+ Text Annotation Tool

- Use this tool to add text as note boxes - click and drag anywhere
in the document (you can always re-position it and change the box size
later).
- To change character/text type select character/text then right click
in the box (Control-click on a Mac) and choose Properties.
- To edit a box containing text, simply double-click the text
- To delete a notes box, click on it and hit the Delete key
