Confocal Microscope Information

The confocal microscope is BIO-RAD MRC 1024 and is mounted on a Nikon e600 upright epi-fluorescence microscope

It is fitted with a three line Kr/Ar laser, excitation lines: 488, 568, 647 nm. The acquisition software used is BIO-RAD LaserSharp 2000 ver 4.2, running under Windows NT4
