Monash Ageing Research Centre (MonARC)
MonARC was established in 1999 to promote research in Ageing within Monash University and Southern Health. The research undertaken is clinical applied research, and the aim is to implement the results of research into clinical practice in a short period of time. MonARC has three divisions headed by a Monash Professor and each division has its own activities. MonARC is a participating Centre within Monash Institute of Health Services Research (MIHSR) and hence its reporting lines to Monash University.
