This introduction is suitable for those who have never used a computer to perform statistical analysis, but who have a basic understanding of statistical concepts such as histograms, t-tests, linear regression and odds ratios. |
Aims |
To provide an introduction to the statistical analysis software program, Stata Release 11 covering basic data management issues and popular epidemiological analyses. |

| Please note | Participants are expected to bring a laptop or register early (prior to September) to guarantee use of a DEPM laptop. A copy of the Stata software will be made available for students attending the course. |
