This course will introduce participants to the main tools currently available that are designed to assist in managing Occupational Health and Safety.  These include introducing programs designed to build a health and safety culture within an organisation, changing behaviours and the introduction of ‘Risk Management Principles’ in determining the magnitude of a hazard.
The course will also examine ways and means of preparing for an ‘emergency’ or ‘crisis event’.  The form and content of emergency response plans will be examined.
