Dr Owen WilliamsonMBBS, GradDipClinEpi, FRACS, FAOrthASenior LecturerPhone: + 61 3 9903 0051 Owen Williamson graduated in medicine from the University of Melbourne in 1982 and obtained his Fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery in 1991. He subsequently completed his GradDipClinEpi at Monash University in 1998. He is the course co-ordinator for MPH2002 Clinical Epidemiology and MPH2037 Measurement in Clinical Research. His principal research interests include trauma epidemiology, outcomes measurement and registry governance. He has had extensive experience as a trauma surgeon and continues to practice as an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery.
