Dr Belinda Gabbe

Belinda qualified as a physiotherapist from The University of Melbourne in 1994 and has worked in both the private and public sectors. She completed a Master of Applied Science in 1999 and a Doctor of Philosophy in 2002, both in the area of sports injury epidemiology. Currently, Belinda is an NHMRC Public Health Research Fellow in the Department's Prehospital and Emergency Trauma Group. Her principal research interests are trauma and sports injury epidemiology, the prevention of these injuries and the long term outcomes following injury.
