Brad completed his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (both with honours) at Monash University in 2003. He completed his Master of Laws (International and Comparative Law) in 2008, focusing on the intersection between public health and human rights.

Brad joined the Department in 2006 working on a five year NHMRC project titled ‘A comprehensive regulatory strategy to combat obesity in Australia.’ He also coordinates three post graduate subjects, MPH2055 Health Ethics and Human Rights; MPH2083 Ethics, good research practice and practical research skills; and EPM5024 Research Bioethics and Law. Since 2008 Brad has been the Research Governance Coordinator for the Department.
