 Emma Ashton holds a PhD from Science and Technology at Deakin University. Her PhD and work as a research assistant investigated the effect of different dietary constituents on Coronary Heart Disease risk factors. She has been awarded an NHMRC Public Health Fellowship and is working on a number of projects in the department all with a cardiovascular disease focus.
