Research Assistant, TLC Diabetes

Lyndall is a Research Assistant working on the Telephone Linked Care (TLC) Diabetes Project. Specifically, she is involved in 'TLC Regional QLD' a project which aims to assess the feasibility of using an interactive telephone system with Type 2 diabetes living in regional areas of Queensland. As Case Manager, Lyndall monitors usage and alerts sent by the system and contact participants at regular intervals. With a background in Psychology (Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours), and plans to pursue postgraduate study in the form of the Research Higher Degree in the future, Lyndall enjoys the diversity of her role and appreciate the opportunity to accumulate valuable knowledge and research skills.
