Danny Hills, RN
PhD Candidate
Danny is a Registered Nurse and has worked in rural and metropolitan health settings over the last 25+ years in mental health and health service improvement. He has a broad range of experience in clinical practice, health service management, and vocational and tertiary teaching. Danny has post-graduate nursing, management and teaching qualifications, and is currently undertaking PhD studies at Monash University, working with the NH&MRC-funded Medicine in Australia: Balancing Employment and Life (MABEL) longitudinal study of medical workforce dynamics. The focus of his research is on workplace aggression in Australian clinical medical practice.
