Intermission from study

Students wishing to take an intermission (leave of absence) from study for the upcoming year/semester should  complete an new Application for Intermission [PDF]. Alternatively, for some courses you can apply for intermission via WES. MBBS students may apply via hardcopy form only.

Undergraduate students completing a hardopy form should submit to the relevant course administrator, or alternatively via:
Manager (Undergraduate, Student Services), Building 15, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Science,
Monash University, VIC 3800.

The undergraduate faculty intermission policy (pdf) will apply when considering applications for Intermission.

Postgraduate students should complete the form and submit to the relevant course administrator, or alternatively to:
Research and Graduate Programs Office, Building 15, Monash University, VIC 3800.
