The Diploma of Psychology offers students the opportunity to complete a psychology major accredited by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) while concurrently enrolled in a Monash University undergraduate degree.

Course Structure

The course structure is identical to the 60 point APS-accredited undergraduate major sequence in psychology, that is, ten six-credit point units:
nine core units and one elective

Students are advised to check unit pre-requisites and co-requisites when planning their enrolment. The psychology units are described in detail in the Monash Undergraduate Handbook on the Web at: http://www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbook

Off-campus learning students should note that they must complete a minimum of 12 hours on-campus weekend school laboratory work for each unit.
